One of our most popular trips! Join us on the legendary Green River near Pinedale, Wyoming. We’ll have access to some incredible fishing and this area is one of the best kept secrets around. Some huge browns and rainbows hide in these waters and this time of year they are taking the food in.
In addition to the Green, we'll fish the New Fork river and have options to fish lakes in the area for Grayling or trout. There are plenty of Moose, Deer, and great bird watching as you float each day. You’ll find a ton of fish 16”-20” and the 20”+ fish are not unusual on the Green. This is prime time to be on this stretch of river.
Your package includes four nights lodging and three days of guided fishing. All meals and beer/wine with dinner. Arrive in Pinedale in time for dinner with the group on the 18th. We will have the recent fishing reports in hand and fishy plans to share with you for the next day. All meals and beer/wine with dinner included. Henry's Fork July 14-18 The Henry’s Fork is a legendary, bucket-list river—and we’ll spend three full days exploring from beautiful Island Park, Idaho. Our experienced guides know this river extensively, fishing nine distinct sections including the world-famous stretch known as The Ranch. Whether you love the challenge of technical dry fly fishing or are just getting started, there’s something here for every angler. We’ll pair you with like-minded fishing partners and place you on water that aligns with your goals and experience level.
July is prime time on the Henry’s Fork. Expect a buffet of hatches—Drakes, Caddis, PMDs, Flavs, and terrestrials. The river is alive, not just with trout, but with color and wildlife: wildflowers in bloom, eagles and osprey overhead, and the occasional moose, deer, or elk along the banks.
We’ve got everything covered: four nights of single or double occupancy lodging, all meals (with beer and wine at dinner), and three full days of guided fishing.
Just grab your rod and reel—we’ll take care of the rest.

Blackfoot River, Montana June 2-6, 2027 Couples/Mixed Trip June 6-10, 2027 Women's Trip
These are prime Salmon Fly dates! June 1 brought the arrival of Salmon Flies in 2025 and full fish bellies indicated the fish had been eating nymphs on the same schedule when we were there in early June this year. With average flows and average temperatures in mind, we believe these dates will be fantastic!
Fly fishing on the Blackfoot inspired Norman Maclean's acclaimed book: A River Runs Through It. The Blackfoot River and surrounding valley are breathtakingly beautiful; under developed & remote. We'll be based on the North Fork of the Blackfoot and spend four nights 'glamping' and three days fishing with the same guides we enjoyed this year. You will have many opportunities to fish for rainbows, browns, and the beautiful native westslope cutthroats. Fish average around sixteen inches but there are certainly larger fish in the river. There are also a few Bull Trout who have been known to find lunch via the smaller fish that may hit your line. Not an every day occurrence but certainly something to keep you on your toes.

Argentina January 8-15, 2028
Book before December 15th to hold current pricing! Hold your spot for $1,000 down!* Your Patagonia fishing trip will begin at the El Encuentro lodge on the banks of the Rio Futaleufu (also referred to as the Rio Grande) situated at the base of the Andes. Anglers will have their choice to float the big waters of the Futaleufu, holding healthy rainbow and brown trout; or they may walk wade private creeks and rivers. Trophy lake fishing is available at multiple lakes near the lodge and this is an experience not to be missed! Their guides know all the various side channels and locations of deep pools that hold fish; they know where to encourage guests to wade fish and how to best reach large browns under hidden banks. The team will make sure you find what you are looking for in an Argentine expe rience.
We will then fish our way on to Brook Trout Base Camp. The newly renovated 'base camp' offers beautiful 'casitas' just steps from the Rio Corcovado river. Each of the 'casitas' or small cabins offers two twin beds or a king, warm showers and private baths and propane heat. The area around Brook Trout Base Camp is home to giant Brookies as well as Rainbows and Browns. There are options for walk wade in the river as well as several area lakes that will tempt you with the opportunity for that large trout experience Patagonia is known for. The camp offers both star-link and star gazing from its remote location.
The El Encuentro lodges have been owned and operated by the Beale family and their bi-lingual team for more than 40 years. We’ll experience Argentine culture with local wines offered daily at lunch and dinner, lamb and beef from local family markets, organic vegetables from their gardens and eggs from their own chickens. We’ll savor the authentic flavors of a traditional ‘Asado’ (Argentine BBQ) on the banks of the lovely Rio Futaleufu and a Tango demonstration and lesson will also be shared one evening after dinner.

Don't take our word for it, hear it from a recent customer who did just that:
“I knew I wanted to fly fish in Argentina but hadn’t traveled out of the country for 30+ years. I was intimidated to do the trip as I had no idea where to start, but Steph made it so easy for me and my son to take the adventure. She helped us by giving a variety of lodges to consider and pointed out the differences of each one. She connected us with trusted local transportation and a city guide that could answer any and all of our questions as we traveled through Buenos Aires. She was available throughout our travels and offered valuable advice when it came to local customs, international travel, dining, shopping and tipping for the guides and lodging staff. Her attention to detail and ability to answer all my questions allowed me to relax and enjoy the trip. Most importantly, my son and I had the trip of a lifetime. I plan on using Steph exclusively in the future for any fishing trips.” - Hillary D. |
